Vureqon supports returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items — details follow.

1. Return requests

Email dbenedi@pricehopper.com with your order number, item name, and reason. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

2. Postage for returns

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is our error (wrong/defective/incomplete). Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we caused the issue.

3. Return eligibility

• Items showing assembly wear, stains, or missing hardware after delivery are not eligible unless defective on arrival
• Final sale, clearance, customized, or made-to-order furniture is not eligible (marked on the product page)
• Proof of purchase (order number) required
• Item must be unused, unassembled (when sold flat-pack), and in original packaging with all hardware and parts

4. Returns we cannot accept

• Unauthorized returns shipped without written approval
• Items marked final sale, clearance, or custom-built
• Freight/white-glove fees already paid (non-refundable unless we caused the error)
• Furniture that has been fully assembled and used beyond inspection
• Returns missing hardware bags, legs, or original outer cartons

5. Return checklist

1. Email dbenedi@pricehopper.com with order number and reason.
2. Wait for written authorization.
3. Ship with tracking to the address we provide.

Authorized returns move faster when you include clear photos of any defect.

6. Refund processing

After inspection, approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Confirm dimensions, weight capacity, and room fit on the product page before ordering. Contact us if you need help with measurements. Exchanges depend on current inventory; include the preferred replacement SKU when you contact us.
