Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains fulfillment for orders placed with Vureqon, operated by Vureqon.

1. Shipping destinations

We primarily ship to addresses in the United States. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout when a shipping rate is offered for your address.

We do not ship to destinations that cannot be selected at checkout, or where no carrier rate is returned. Contact dbenedi@pricehopper.com before ordering if you are unsure.

2. Fulfillment timeline

Most in-stock orders leave our facility within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Carrier transit after handoff is commonly 4-6 business days after the order ships for typical in-stock parcels to standard U.S. addresses. Estimates only — weather, carrier capacity, and product size can change timing.

Processing days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

3. Freight & postage

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required. International shipping availability and rates (if offered) are shown at checkout.

Extra charges for heavy/oversized/freight items appear at checkout before you pay when applicable.

4. How to track

We ship via major parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent). The carrier for your order appears on the shipping confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the package ships (allow up to 24 hours for carrier activation).

5. Shipment problems

If a furniture shipment is delayed, marked damaged, or arrives with missing cartons, Email dbenedi@pricehopper.com within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and tracking. For damage, keep packaging and send photos.

You are responsible for a complete shipping address. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to correct an address before shipment.

6. Special shipping cases

Furniture and large furnishings ship in protective cartons. Some items arrive flat-packed and may require assembly. Oversized or freight pieces can ship on a pallet.

Multi-box furniture sets may arrive on different days. Inspect packaging before assembly and keep photos of any transit damage.
